People Power: Excelling Human Resource

This is a compilation of articles that have been published in The Himalayan Times, “Perspectives” since January 18, 2015. Together with my colleague and co-author of this book, Manohar Man Shrestha, we have written hundreds of articles.  Earlier, in the first print of People Power: Excelling Human Resource, we compiled 79 articles. In the second print, we have included all articles published, totaling 115 articles. We have categorized these articles into seven chapters based on the topics.

“I believe that ‘Power is gained by sharing knowledge, not hoarding it’. I have expressed those experiences in words and is worth for constructive development of the society, specializing in the field of human resource.”

“The notion of this publication is to bring ideas and thoughts of the HR/Non-HR professionals to a common platform for sharing knowledge and pen down the extensive experience in their respective fields. I would like to thank all my peers and seniors who have contributed to this book and take this opportunity to share a few words.”

Liberty of HR THOUGHTS

“Liberty of HR Thoughts” is a collection of articles written by national and international professionals on HR-related issues. The core objective of this publication is to provide a platform for everyone to share their thoughts, experiences and valued opinions. We believe that this effort from Growth Sellers will provide a boost for all to navigate their thinking and spread the knowledge to the peers and new generations. The views expressed in each article are the thoughts of the writers themselves.
